Privacy

We collect only required details for rental processing and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.

Rentals & Returns

• Rental period is usually 1-2 days from date of pickup or delivery.
• Late return fee: ₹200–₹500 per day, up to the maximum retail price (MRP) of the outfit.
• All items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Sizing & Alterations

Minor reversible adjustments are allowed with prior approval. Permanent alterations or modifications to the outfit are strictly not permitted.

Damage & Loss

In case of damage, customers will be charged up to 90% of repair costs. If the outfit is damaged beyond repair or lost, the full market value will be charged.

Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. A security deposit is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded after inspection upon return of the outfit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
