Privacy
At Pehnawa Rentals, we collect only the information required to process rentals. Moreover, we strictly protect customer data and maintain complete confidentiality. We do not share personal information with any third party without your explicit consent.
Rentals & Returns
- The standard rental period is 1–2 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
- Customers must ensure timely return of the outfit within the rental period.
- Late returns will attract a late fee of ₹200–₹500 per day, applicable up to the outfit’s maximum retail price (MRP).
- All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received to avoid additional charges.
Sizing & Alterations
We allow minor, reversible adjustments only with prior approval. However, permanent alterations or modifications are strictly prohibited. If a customer makes unauthorized changes, Pehnawa Rentals may charge the full replacement cost.
Damage & Loss
If an outfit gets damaged, customers must pay up to 90% of the repair cost. Furthermore, if the outfit is lost or damaged beyond repair, we will charge the full market value. Hence, we strongly advise customers to handle all rented items with care.
Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Additionally, customers must pay a security deposit at the time of rental. After we inspect the outfit upon return, we refund the deposit accordingly. Please note that all payment terms are non-negotiable and must be completed before outfit handover.
Cancellation Policy
Customers who cancel 48 hours before the rental date receive a full refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee. Moreover, we do not provide refunds for same-day cancellations.
Hygiene & Care
We professionally clean all outfits before and after every rental. Therefore, we request customers to maintain basic hygiene standards during use. Additionally, customers should avoid strong perfumes or heavy makeup that may stain the fabric.
Liability
Pehnawa Rental does not take responsibility for allergic reactions, discomfort, or injuries caused by rented outfits. Hence, customers should inspect all items carefully before renting.
Booking & Availability
All bookings depend on availability. Therefore, we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance, especially for special occasions. Otherwise, last-minute bookings may offer limited choices.
